Question 1

Is submitting a quote request the same as booking?

Accepted Answer

No. Your request gives us what we need to prepare a quote. Your pickup is only booked once we've confirmed the price and the date with you.

Question 2

How do photo quotes work?

Accepted Answer

You upload photos of the items, add a few details about access, and pick a preferred date. We review everything and reply with a quote and available timing.

Question 3

How is pricing calculated?

Accepted Answer

Price depends on the type of items, how much space they take up in the truck, how easy they are to reach and any special disposal requirements. Photos let us estimate this before we arrive.

Question 4

Do I need to move items outside?

Accepted Answer

No. We can collect from inside your home, garage, basement or yard, as long as it's safe to access.

Question 5

What items can't you take?

Accepted Answer

Hazardous materials such as propane tanks, paint, solvents, fuel, asbestos and medical waste. See our What We Take page for the full list.

Question 6

Where does my junk go?

Accepted Answer

Where practical, usable items can be set aside for donation and recyclable materials separated. Everything else goes to appropriate disposal facilities.

Question 7

Do you serve my area?

Accepted Answer

We serve Toronto and parts of the GTA. Check our Service Areas page, or just submit a request with your postal code and we'll confirm.

Question 8

What if I don't have photos?

Accepted Answer

Photos help a lot, but they're optional. Describe the items in the instructions and we'll follow up.

Questions? Good.

That junk isn't going to pick itself up.
