When you request a quote we collect your name, email, phone number, pickup address and postal code, property and access details, your preferred date, the item categories you select and any photos you upload. We also store a one-way hashed version of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use this information only to prepare and send your quote, schedule and carry out your pickup, and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell your personal information.
Your photos
Uploaded photos are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. They are used only to assess your job.
Retention
